No boating license required. Our boats are very easy to operate, similar to driving a golf cart. The only requirement is the driver must be 25 years of age or older with a standard driver's license

There is plenty of free parking. It's easiest to park in the lower level parking, located on the left side of Nordstrom Rack at the Marina Pacifica Shopping Center. But, you may also park in main shopping center parking lot in front of Nordstrom Rack and walk down the stairs (on the left side of Nordstrom Rack), as we are located on the dock behind Nordstrom Rack. 

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, including a cooler. There are no open container laws prohibiting possession or consumption of alcohol on your boat or other vessel. It is important to note, however, that the same laws apply to the captain as the driver of a motor vehicle; If you’re over the CA legal limit, you can receive a DUI. The waters are very patrolled. 

Yes, you can decorate your boat to make this occasion extra special, visit our shop page to add balloon garlands and more! Unfortunately, you cannot bring third party or mylar balloons since they are prohibited. Simple, easy to remove and clean up decorations are welcome. We do not allow glitter, confetti, sprinkled flower petals or any type of decoration that could cause much work or time to clean up. 

For your convenience, bathrooms are available. We do not have lockers available at this time. We would recommend leaving any valuables at home or locked in your car.

A minimum notice of 24 hours is required in order to not be charged in full non-refundable. Transfers and credits are not available. 

We recommend to arrive approximately 15-20 minutes early to check in. 

All boats are stocked with 10 standard life jackets. However, fitted life jackets are provided to kids under 13.

There is a late charge of $50 for every 15 minutes late. 

All ages are welcome. Kids are included in the 10 person per boat headcount.

the Majority of our boats do have a back deck. You are welcome to make a deck request  but we do not guarantee a specific boat. 

Yes, our boats do come equipped with a bluetooth stereo. Personal speakers are not permitted and will be asked to be left in your car.

No, and there will be an additional cleaning fee of $250 for smoking aboard.

Yes, and you must be 25 or older to reserve and drive the boat. We do have limited drivers available for $50 for the 2 hours.

We rent coolers full of ice for just $25 however there is a Ralph's grocery store located near our location as well.

A maximum of 2 dogs, weighing 50lbs or less are welcome aboard.

Docking or stopping anywhere but Anchors Away dock is not permitted, and can result in a fine.

No, and we are not liable for items left aboard. Please make sure all personal items are removed from the boat before leaving.

No, but there are restrooms available next to where you check in at the dock.

Yes, If double boats are rented, the boats must stay 30 feet minimum.

No, and dumping ashes is illegal in Alamitos Bay.

1 person max per board, unless child under age of 13 is with an adult.

Yes, and paddle board renter assumes all responsibility, we do not provide pet life jackets.
