Rental Terms

The renter must be 25 or older and hold a valid driver's license. No boating license or experience is needed. We get you comfortable at the helm before you cast off, and you can always add a driver for $50 per hour if you would rather sit back. Drivers are based on availability and need at least 24 hours notice.

Up to 10 guests aboard, including children and pets. Up to 2 dogs, 50 pounds or under, are welcome. Please do not exceed the rated capacity. It is for everyone's safety and comfort on the water.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead can be rescheduled. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full. Reservations are not transferable for credit. Plans change, so reach out early and we will do our best to find a new time that works.

Please bring the boat back at the end of your block so the next guests can depart on time. Late returns are charged $50 per 15 minutes. If you would like more time on the water, just ask when you book and we will set up a longer trip.

There is no smoking or vaping aboard any boat. A $250 cleaning fee applies. Food and drinks are welcome, and alcohol is permitted for guests of legal age. California boating-under-the-influence laws apply and the waters are patrolled.

Renters are responsible for any damage and for excessive cleaning. We walk you through the boat at check-in so you know how everything works and there are no surprises. Treat it like your own and you will be in great shape.
